University Foundation Programme: Business
The Foundation Programme
Our University Foundation Programme is a rapid route for international students to prepare and apply for university in the UK.
The programme is designed for students who have finished school in their home country, but whose school-leaving certificate does not qualify them for direct entry to a UK university. In other words, it bridges the gap between your high school education and entry into a British university degree programme.
Our team of tutors supports you from the moment you arrive, guiding you through the programme, providing advice on the university you choose to enter, and helping you to make quick progress in your academic career.
Our aim is to ensure that you get the best possible start to your studies in the UK.
The course
Our course includes tuition on language and culture, IELTS exam preparation and instruction on a range of study skills necessary to successfully complete your studies at tertiary level. The course includes a specialisation on business studies preparing you for entry into undergraduate degrees in Business and business-related subjects in selected UK universities.
Our classes are small, with no more than 10 students. There are two 16-week semesters, and students study for 20 hours per week.
Core subjects are:
- English for Academic Purposes & Study Skills
- English for Specific Academic Purposes(ESAP) for Business
- IELTS training
In your first semester you will study:
